-Charge SFX canged from Ranno's to be a bit more fitting

-Card explosion now has extended parry stun

-IF the opponent parries the first hit, the followup now cannot be done.

-Made a new portrait!
-Alt changes:
-Show Stooper is now Alt 17
-Gold Rank added as Alt 18 and replaces Voidfox
-Seasonal is now Candy Glow (it glows!)
-Added ditto compatability.
-Downward thrown cards no longer go through platforms.

Bugfixes:
-Big Card no longer has double outline.
-Cards no longer look funny when thrown to the left.

-Added whifflag to Bounce
-Bounce Endlag (15 > 22)
-Vspeed decreased
(Found out that bouncing constantly makes you uncontestable, so this should punish whiffs.)

Stongs:
-DStrong
-Endlag (10 > 17)
-Now applies 9 frames of landing lag on whiff.
-Jump height decreased. However charging it increases the jump height.
(To be more like Ryken DStrong.)

Specials

-Charge Time after first charge (32 > 24)
-Stored Charge Endlag (12 > 6)
-Card charge goes away upon being parried.
(this move was slower than Ranno NSpecial)

-Travel speed decresed
(The move was hard to parry, so this should do something about that)

-Using 1-20 now refunds half of the meter on whiff.
-1-20 angle flipper adjusted. Now it hits away from the hitbox.
-Blackjack 21 Angle (45 > 60)
