-Fixed debuff of lv3 and lv4 Withdrawn
-Fixed tooltips of addinfo and rare trinket
-Reworked the prep-round effect of Pin Down (maybe I'll buff it to 2tns in future)
-Buffed Yrawigy Pin Down with -50% horror amount done at all level
-Yrawigy Stampede now only blights hit target
-Yrawigy Thurst now only debuff -20% maxDMG on attacking but has +66% dmg vs blighted (PD's memento has +75% with zero side effect)
-Gave Peculiar Scavenge flat stress heal in veteran difficulty
-Several things else.

-Fixed lv3 skills can't be upgrade to lv4 at resolve 3
-Fixed Yrawigy's price. it is 80 now

+The priciest Contraband, for now, 85 dust
+Volley blight now lasts for 4 rounds instead of 3
+Volley blight chance was reduced 5%
+Onslaught now has self-SHUFFLE (to make Cata less limited)

Perculiar Scavenger:
+Heal extra 4 stress in champion runs.

Camp skills:
+Return Nightmare to base version
+War Stories now deals 20 stress
