Fixed missing string for proper name assignment for the species (thanks @greensniperhat for pointing that out, had it fixed on my internal build but didn't ported that to the public one. Damn caps.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ONGOING SAVES:
The behaviour of districts has changed for cryoworlds, so they may suddenly lose all districts in a ongoing save
There is a one-time per game edict for multiplayer that will immediately fix this for any planet in the galaxy; it is usable by anyone, as the effect is done at a galactic scale
