quick fix for the racial scripted triggers, they should now properly check for either adm power or for Nationalism ideas.

Did some quick bugfixes, all hordes now have access to horde ideas and the coastal invasion cb works as intended.

A small fix where the ai weight for leaving the Nurael Convention has been set to 0. This should solve an issue with lategame lag.

Another quick fix in reaction to realizing that, by adding in a vanilla idea id, I had removed another id that was essential to a MT.

Quick fix that adds in an idea id for Vertesk's MT, as well as patching an error that was preventing Central Planning from working properly.

Fixed Nationalism not preventing development loss from purging/expelling, and added a line to Melting Pot's localization to remind people that its modifiers are invisible.

Fixed some glaring mistakes I made, estates should now work as intended. I have also added an extra layer of redundancy to the Dwarven Citadels idea.

Fixed some oversights when first updating to 1.33, ruler personalities should work as intended and new advisors have been added.

Fixed an error where I didn't update the new restrictions for monopolies, now you can't create one right as the Treasure Fleet enters port.
