Update Version 1.01

- fix Toiletdoor on T Spawn, Door was inviseble wehn open.
- fix Toilet at CT Spawn, Toilet was in the Wall.
- add enviroment shake (env_shake) wehn Elevator is falling down to Earth.

Server Administrators advise:
If your Server is not running Workshop-Maps you have to manual update Map to Server.
