~ Fixed issue where opponent could tech walls during Dspecial
- Fspecial is no longer untechable
- Nspecial has less armor 63f -> 30f
+ Nspecial has a faster start up 63 -> 42
- Etalus only has passive armor on his last stock
- Last stock passive armor reduced 10 -> 6.5
+ Uair kb scaling increased 1.05 -> 1.1
