- Re-balanced the Neo Rocketlauncher to deal 16 DPS instead of 30.
- Neo Raptor now has a strongly increased bullet velocity.

- Fixed mistake while uploading:

Duplicate folder names. Unstable did not throw an error, yet the main game did.
No version number upgrade as it still is the initial release and was not known to the public.
