Added a physics model, and ACT_DIERAGDOLL so that Blockhead ragdolls on death, which should play the death sound from Blockland when it occurs. Physics model might need additional tweaking, but it works for now.

Also added 8 additional faces to use as skins.

Added missing crouch animations, and adjusted some of the existing weapon holding layers while adding ones that were missing.
