Fixes the missile VMT so it glows properly

Adds resized props to fit with the ragdoll's scale

Adds more reasonably sized ragdolls compared to the much bigger SFM sized ones

Fixed the Missile VMT's. Also added the regular Missile, updated the preview picture to show the changes.
