after many complaints from consumers about ripped pants, the newest model of kiddie carousels now come with fold out stairs for ride operators.

Fixed some number issues regarding steps taken, and included jacks and wheel stowage in numbered order.
Flipped Leaf lock, so now locks the leafs when active, as opposed to unlocking them when held.
Due to previous change, trailer automatically folds up correctly when spawned in.

Credit to RadWolfie for pointing out numbering issue and giving me the idea to flip the leaf lock button.
