Version 2.2 Hotfix update

+ Redid edits to Sodden Hollow including changes from version 2.0

Version 2.1

+ Whoops! I had accidentally made the combat layer intro of Sodden Hollow the regular intro. I've undone these changes for the time being. This will be fixed in another revision, please stand by!

Version 2.0

+ Added new edits of Matricide (Mom fight), Ventricide (Womb fight) and Infanticide (Isaac fight) that match the OST versions
+ Added audio to the combat layer intro of Sodden Hollow (Caves theme) for a better listening experience
- Removed the unused intro for Delirium. Might be added back in if I ever figure out how to modify the music.xml file.
