Changed power grid's filter/buffer capacitor to a battery because the recent update causes capacitors to function strangely at extremely low charge.

Added speed/depth meters at the airlocks so divers know if the ship is parked or not, and if their diving suit is good enough. Tweaked angles of fire on some of the guns to make it harder to accidentally shoot the ship in places that do not necessitate it. Tweaked the terminal CMD list refresher button to provide the list of commands in a more legible manner. Fixed some components in the walls that were not locked.
