Cleaned up some files and patched some keys

Patched being able to open menus in the main screen and while the game is paused by the options menu. Patched being unable to use vehicle buttons and mechanics menu context menu when the game is paused to expand the mod's functionality. Many thanks to our now official collaborator Neznajka.
