Minor fixes to poorly scaled items. Penetration added to most rifle calibers, ap ammo for 5.56 mags, ap (default) smg mags and the makeshift smg.

Jovian update out now! Items: Pipe bomb, molotov, Mauser C96, makeshift smg, improvised body armor, daggers, poison harpoons, .22 caliber rounds and a zip gun. Other items included: Duffle bag, XMR rifle for Coalition, few new handguns. Other update stats: Changed some spawn probabilities and added more crafteable stuff.

Fixed an error with fabricating the suppressed Mac-10.
