Fix the bug that UI only showing vehicle part in English

2. Vehicle is scaled down to 0.92 to visually fit in with other PZ default vanilla cars. (The model of FJC was built in true unit scale. The PZ default vanilla cars seems to be smaller, out of scale)
3. Vehicle spawn chance/zone are updated, considering its rarity in USA. (FJC Trail Teams Special Edition were only made 3,200 units in 2008 / 1,500 units in 2010 / 2,500 units in 2011 / 2,500 units in 2012 / 2,500 in 2013 / 2,500 units in 2014.)

Fine tune the vehicle for better handling. Less likely to rollover in 33" tire FJs. Please be mindful turning 36" tire FJs at high speed has high potential to rollover. Safe driving!

It took me quite a bit of time and finally got me here with more features to this vehicle.

1 The roof rack is now functional with 110 capacities.
2. In addition to the 2014 TTUE, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 Trail Team Special Edition, in both 33”" and 36”" tire are added.
3. FJ Cruiser Cruiser standard edition also added. (five colors)
4. added function to the spare tire. It is removable.
5. added Mechanical UI with FJ cruiser blue print.
