Sorry for the frequent updates. The blocked war with carthage had to be unblocked, or it would have remained in place for the rest of the campaign.

Had to upload again because repairing the colchis issue produced a logical error that caused advantages to not be applied after they were given.

Had to update again to fix that cimmeria and colchis expanded too much after they were removed from the battle nerfs due to the crash problem.

Cumulative changes from a week of development. The peace with carthage should no longer flip fourth and back. The script can now detect when naval battles are near a settlement. Various other refinements and tunings.

Due to an oversight, syracuse was mistakenly getting nerfs on sicily.

People reported that carthage goes rogue since the last update. I'm trying to arrest that, but I'm not sure what causes it.

Various non-urgent changes. Added more restrictions to the carthage buffs to keep them from conquering most of iberia too soon. Limits were updated because a lot of them were from a previous system which made them horrendously ill-fitting for the new way the numbers were handled.

Fixed a typo that always made macedon lose in its home region instead of winning, and added some gen factions to bonuses.

Various less urgent changes. This or a recent update fixed a logical error in Lua that caused a type of string comparison to return the wrong value.

Removed colchis from autoresolve modifications, because it seems to cause the faulty name object bug too.
