nothing is actually changed, i just added both User Experience and Asset Replacement tags (for real after OMM took this long to finally have it).

changed the tag. (since M_Cube's "Open Mod Manager" doesn't have an ability to upload/update mods with "User Experience" Tag yet and the Official Modding Tools doesn't have an "Asset Replacement" Tag, aside from detecting actual asset replacements)
