-added configuration option to unequip greatknife
-knifetools hotkey can no longer be activated in the crafting menu

BALANCING CHANGE: Pyramid Head now has a -25% work multiplier debuff when using tools other than the greatknife. The greatknife's work multiplier (when combined with Pyramid Head's work multiplier) has been nerfed to +0% instead of +30%.
