Alpha compatibility/effects update :D

- Fixed some issues with damage during cutscenes/transitions.
- The terms and conditions have been updated.

I had to jump between all the game branches with an editor to get this to work. Somehow i screwed up the metadata and it wasn't letting me update on regular alpha and I had to use editor alpha. It took me like 15 minutes to figure out in total and the answer wasn't even that complex I'm tired man
