This update is mainly focused on rewritten Pharmacy, brand new Surgery category, ton of new medical items and a lot of bug fixes, translations and QoL improvements.

- Exclusion variable checks for other mods that could utilize it to prevent certain things from happening(Like whole SpO2 change, Occlusions, Obstructions or Pneumothorax)
- Third statement that if the patient has obstruction and is being overstretched or in a recovery position that will result in: "Mitigated Obstruction".

- Incompatible addon warning that throws a warning and add line to RPT log if incompatible addons ( Listed by us - developers https://github.com/Tomcat-SG/KAM/wiki/Incompatible-addons ) that could negatively affect correct functionality of KAT are used. Warning disappears after 60 seconds

- Improved clarity of the cause of death due to terminal SpO2 for logging and acex_killTracker feature
- Removed unnecessary setVariable of SpO2 value(Also this will help people to better identify the cause of death)

- IVs can be inserted into multiple limbs and that will speed up the liquid transfer
- Inserted IV/IO now has niche green colour for better clarity in overview
- More "translation-friendly" airway status -> word "Not" before "Obstruction" or "Occlusion" is not the best way to translate these words properly, you can now use different words for these different states

- Recovery position did not prevent occlusions from happening(Now it works properly)
