@MAKO ツ / Sig As I understand you must first Conduct Ultrasound on chest with the Handheld Ultrasound in the Surgery tab putting the patient in the screened condition. From there you can click on a leg and insert the REBOBA unit under the Surgery tab, it can be advanced to the chest for severe trauma but this will make a lot of treatment options in the chest menu have no effect as if the limb has a tourniquet on. I think this can be used on someone who is conscious but maybe not the best idea. Hope this helps!

It's the Dev version mate. If you don't want bugs (less of them) use the stable version

Is there any way that the "useful stretcher that can be used on the ground or even for epic helicopter MEDEVACs" could be made to also be carried in the rocket launcher slot? As a corpsman using full KAT medical, I don't really have the room for anything else in my pack or vest. A shoulder carried stretcher in the rocket launcher slot would be amazing.

@rufengxiyu First, you will need Field Blood Transfusion Kit which Is an item that allows you to draw blood from the patient. It will give you the blood from the same blood group as the patient. Then on Arm/Leg go to Advanced treatment tab and use Draw Blood action. Also check your addon options whether or not you are allowing to perform these transfusions. Also do note, that patient has to have more than 3.6 liters of blood in default options.

As for the difference between Dev and REWRITE, you might say that REWRITE is the Stable version of KAT - Advanced Medical which is intended for safe usage and should be stable. Dev version contains the latest updates which are intended for community testing and feedback before we push it to the REWRITE version.

@dexster79 - Cyanosis diagnose has 4 settable levels:

No Cyanosis - 100% SpO2 (no settable)
Slight Cyanosis - over 90% SpO2 (default)
Mild Cyanosis - over 75% SpO2 (default)
Severe Cyanosis - over 66% SpO2 (default)

Because some groups doesn't use lethal SpO2 value or have it different from default 65%, all levels are adjustable.

Hi, I'm a member of an Italian clan for Arma. Please we would like to have more information about Cyanosis diagnose. We would like to understand how the diagnosis works etc. Is it possible to find a reading of the explanation on how it works? How does it affect the patient? Thanks in advance.
