- Added Booger Tears and Explosivo

- Tried adding Multidimensional tears and Abaddon but haven't figured out just yet how to make them work.

TL;DR: Decreased Opacity across several Tear effects

- Decreased Opacity from the Following Tear Effects:
Dark Matter
Dead Eye
Fire Mind
Holy Light
Eye of Belial
Little Horn (Although it seems to remain unaffected by the changes)

TL;DR: QOF Changes

- Code Changed and Polished
- Fixed Sometimes just simply not working
- Config Mod Menu updated and easier to use
