-Fixed a possible source of graphical desync when players join a dedicated server that was paused.

-Fixed players getting stuck with an active storm if they log out during one.
-Fixed players being unable to place items on the floor or other surfaces during a storm.
-Fixed players being unable to use the furniture tools (pick up, place, rotate, disassemble) during a storm.

-Changed how the mod controls when a player should take damage.

-Players hosting multiplayer in their own machines should now take damage (let me know if you still don't).
-On the start of a new day red tint should be cleared in case it wasn't.

-Added a special condition for 15-minute days, so that storms are not generated by the end of the day.

-Fixed colour overlays not being applied when a player is indoors.
-Fixed snowing weather being ignored when colour overlays should be applied.
-Frequency of burns reduced (still random), a lighter damage was added to compensate (also random).
