Checked for any errors made by the full release update. None found as far as I can tell

Multiple changes

-reworked the entire waypoint system... again, Hopefully the ai will stop getting stuck on the medbay ladder

-tried to fix the reactor, even replaced it with a more vanilla one. It still gives a low temperature warning but otherwise is fine. Hopefully this has not broken the power balance more.

-More small visual details added.

-Removed most items from the sub and emptied many containers, will make transferring items from old subs a less painful process, Lowered value to 45k marks to compensate.

during editor testing I managed to blow out all the junction boxes at once, I have not been able to replicate this so I currently do not know what caused that.

Balence changes, fixed railguns, vastly reduced price to account for how long it takes to gather wealth in game

The process of updating subs was changed so the previous update actually didn't change anything, but now I hope it was properly updated. But Im also not sure because now I have 4 different copies of the sub and I have no real way to tell which is which so I really hope the one on steam is the updated one.
