Miraculous Rework!

With this update, I'm gonna rework the concept of the UU which gives some bug problems. The Major change is that now LadyBug is not a focus religion Civilization.

UA:

+Now the spawn rate of all Great People is increased by 25% [Including the Great General].

UU:

-Remove the ability to buy a city-state.
+Can build the citadel.
+Can start a Golden Age for 10 turns.

UB:

-Remove +2 Faith.
+Add +1 Happiness.
