Fixed Fiend Folio incomaptibility (Tomb Chest stopped working, and bombing Immoral Hearts produced Tomb Chest loot).

Added 2 new chests: Blood Chest and Penitent Chest.

Chest open functions are now global so that other mods could access them.

Chests collectible drops now try to repsect item restrictions of Tainted Lost, regular Lost with a Birthright, and Sacred Orb quality control.

Devil chest can now teleport you into the devil/angel room, just like red chest.

Reduced odds of opening slot chests. Before, each coin that didn't open the chest increased the odds of each further attempt, making the chest extremely easy to open with 2-3 coins. Now, the odds of opening the chest are always 1 out of 7. You are still guaranteed to open it at 7th try.

Redcued the high end payout potential for all chests except devil chest. Now, when chests produce uncommon pickups, they are much less likely to have lots of other stuff inside them.

"Fixed" the Breakfast issue. The issue is caused by closing the game, and then opening it and resuming the run. The game forgets all variables when you close it. And my dupe protection system, which gave Breakfast when you had everything else in the pool, relies on variables. So to "fix" this issue, it will now just give you a random item from the pool instead of a Breakfast when it thinks you have everything.

Fixed cursed chests dealing damage through protection like Holy Mantle (sorry).

Expanded Flat File functionality, now when it is held by any player, all the cursed chests retract their spikes and are safe to open for any player regarding if they are the one holding Flat File or not.

Expanded Pay to Play functionality, now when held by any player, all the file cabinets will dynamically turn their keyholes into coinslots, and revert back if the Pay to Play is lost (re-rolled away, etc.).

Paper Clip can now be used to open a file cabinet without using a key.

Flat File now prevents from taking damage while opening a cursed chest.
