reverted water shader if it doesnt work for mac or linux anymore, oh well i give up

new water shader. no more mac/linux version because this water shader *should* be cross platform compatible

added avoidance box near stairs and rocks on blue spawn. should make bots not get stuck there but not much i can actually do about it since rf pathfinding is :death:

more models set to ignore raycast, chain link fences, cacti, and adjusted out of bounds barrier location

made out of bounds barrier performance friendlier. used layer ignore raycast instead of kinematic rigidbody
