Finally got rid of the white outline that plagued the Revive icon and cleaned up the health bar to make it look nicer.
Also includes the white Revive icon when another survivor aids an incapacitated survivor, based on the Revive system from Black Ops II.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make or find a proper script that involves changing the Revive icon's color based on how close they are to death.
Yellow = 100 ~ 51 HP Orange = 50 ~ 21 HP Red = 20 ~ 0 HP
(Based on how close the soldier is to dying when down in Black Ops II.)
