Both Forward and Reverse versions for Jump It Up functional
I accidentally put all offroad terrain to #offroadgravel which doesn't exist so it was #default I wanted it to be slippery (Racetracks and legal lines etc.) now everything muddy and grassy is #offroadfoliage (worst) and sand is #offroadsand (slows heavily)
I overdid it a bit with subscenes but I think that's how it's suppose to be done it's very easy to edit now.
Adjusted both direction's racing line a bit for AI convenience, now the minimap's no longer evenly sized roads (I might have to use 100% AI drive chance/ invisible alt routes to remedy this soon perhaps it is an option)
Flying animations are now 1000 frames instead of 400, they were a bit too fast.
There are now Gyros on the danger signs overlapping the road, if anyone wonders the lights have no collision but the sign do.
The main road is now modified to use full width texture, you see why if you look at textures that don't do that (tiny slice of overlap) and moving the UV does not change it on Mipmap1 and on might change it retroactively there's loads of little things I keep finding later on anyway.
(2 of the mountains I moved closer they were clipping the game render distance, one doesn't have trees because it was worse on them doesn't terrible without em but worse with clipping trees)

-frame around the staring grid isn't rotated for the REV variant, noticed that quite late I'll do that later. -fixed
-not sure how I missed these flying trees might've happened by coyping subscenes and they were too close to the ground so I didn't G Z them down they looked rooted from up top. +1 floating NSR sign -fixed
