General

  • All buildings have their numbers changed to be less confusing, especially for new players. It will cause confusion for players that already completed the map...unless?
  • Updated the map texture, as well as upscaling it.
  • Changed Rebels colors. Should no longer blend with the TKK.
  • Significantly decreased BSP size by changing lightmap values (shadows aren't as good looking as they used to be. Sequel will have these shadows reverted.) and HDR got removed (There is little to no difference between non-hdr and hdr, at least for this map. I could had kept HDR only but people that don't use it will have issues. HDR DOESN'T EVEN AFFECT FPS, PEOPLE!)
  • Misc changes around interiors.

V2 Quality Of Life update

Missions
  • Replaced third punk mission with a better version of it. Should make the route a bit more fun.
  • Added 2 more targets on the final overtime phone call mission. (2 cut overtime missions were merged with this one.)
  • Added some cut dialogue in some routes.
  • Final route interior warehouse for TKK, Rebels and Russians has been overhauled. It's not the best in the world but better than the old one....right? Right???
General
  • Added a police station interior. Going upstairs will trigger the cop wanted function.
  • Reduced map size as much as possible with minimum visual quality penalty.
  • Improved some structures around the map.
  • Made the map a bit more stable than before but I might have fucked it beyond repair?
  • Reduced some of the mission's difficulty.
  • TKK warehouse has guard patrolling.
  • Restored cut ads.
  • Other small changes around the map that you will discover by yourself while playing.
  • Some small under-the-hood fixes and changes regarding functions and optimization.
Misc
  • Renamed the map file (rundown_city -> sincity).

So apparently there were two B31s. I have fixed this problem. Huge thanks to DeAgle for providing me a detailed video about this bug!
