+ Improved the AI
+ Fixed Dan getting stuck if Runabout was parried while he was invincible. Also added a failsafe just in case Runabout disappears for any reason
+ Fixed Dora and Runabout getting stuck on the mid-point between solid ground and platform on certain stages that connect the two (it's still janky because rivals, but at least it doesn't get stuck anymore)

+ Characters exiting the Runabout with Special is now a tap input instead of a hold, which should make it harder to jump out immediately by accident

+ Made drunk state have a faster dash (6 -> 10)
+ Fixed init_dash speed being reduced when in normal sober state by accident (its meant to be 7.5, but was being reduced to 6). So now his init dash should be as intended
Nerfs
- Fixed a bug that made galaxies and near-galaxies sometimes do double damage as if the Hate status was active, which'd cause Dan to do more damage than intended
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Added sleep animation
+ Improved the hit code on Runabout and Dora
+ Made other KoB characters with bouncy DAirs able to bounce on Runabout and Dora when hitting them
+ Added extra impact to powerful hits, and made hits in general feel better with a custom shaky hitpause effect
