24 April 2022: Update reduced theoretical max attrition resistance from 95% to 70%. Settlement chain maxes at 40% (was 50%) and minor buildings max at 10% (was 15%). This should hopefully prevent the bug at 100% immunity where sieging factions' manpower becomes infinite, allowing max siege vehicle construction in zero/one turns.
