Fixed an issue with the new Tile recipe not being granted (Commit[github.com])

This will probably be the last update for awhile unless more bugs are discovered. Not that the project is abandoned but because I spent the better part of a morning going through all the Zomboid tiles trying to find any missing flooring. I believe I've got all the available flooring in here. There is still some flooring textures I'd love to have but they are currently not coded in-game as "movable objects". Thus I can't easily add them.

If you find any missing tiles or bugs, please reach out and I'll update as soon as i can.
