->Lorenzo de' Medici's Magnate rework: Inspirations grant 100% of the Civic cost. Culture is reduced by 50% in all Cities. +100% Tourism from Great Works (this used to be Tuscany's ability).
->Lorenzo de' Medici's Peace of Lodi rework: Likes civilizations that are not competing for Great People and are at peace. Dislikes civilizations that are competing for Great People and are at war.

->Universal Man must be purchased with Gold or Faith, and reduced to granting 75% of Production cost.
->Fixed an issue with the Universal Man granting too much Production to particular buildings.

->Palazzo requires a Granary to be built, cannot be purchased with Gold, all yields lowered to 1, Amenity removed, Tourism removed, and grants +1 Great People points.

->Added TSL support.
