Improvements to lighting and sunshadows

- Sunshadows set to better angle, Light_environment set to values more suitable for this skybox. Should improve shadowing/lighting.

- Resolved packaging error
- Garden has been expanded for the expanded church map, it is now no longer possible to see the bottom of the skybox.

- Vis optimisation.
- Replaced glass texture with one that permits better environment visibility across all maps.
- All new map added with expanded content.

Music will now play correctly if a save is loaded

- Minor tweaks to compile process to improve lighting
