->Burebista now gains an Envoy and 25 Diplomatic Favour when conquering a city in addition to regular abilities.

->Dacia's cities now gain +2 Production per level of wall in addition to regular abilities.
->Falxman cost increased to 100 Production, increased to 1 Gold maintenance, and increased to 36 Combat Strength.
->Dava now only gains minor Production adjacency from districts, increasing to standard adjacency with Civil Engineering, in addition to regular abilities.
