Cylon ships added modern series FTL Jump drive sound. (On request, I can put this sound effect in the factory jump drive.)

Updated ship behavior: (this section will be constantly updated)
- after spawning, the Cylon ships will not attack you, but if the beacon is on, you either walk too close to them, or you try to run away too quickly to get far away, they will notice you and attack you.

I also started to prepare an npc part, so with Sektan's permission, I included the Cylon npc model in my mod.
At the same time, this option is only good for displaying the Cylon centurion on larger ships and bases with the crew enabled mod (if you have set this in the crew enabled mod config files).

I partially furnished the larger ships and bases so that it makes sense to occupy them. (with crew enabled, there will be enemies and there is also some loot on the equipped ships and bases.)
Most of the loot is on cargo ships, in rare cases more valuable materials too!
(Obtainable loot will be optimized later.)

I changed the appearance of a few ships and added some new ones:
-Cylon heavy sentry platform (bsgo)
-Added Phobos class Tech cylon ship (later it becomes a hacking ship)
-Cylon modern raider: I reduced its size
-Cylon basestar nuke missile version: (I removed the older versions and weakened the new ones a bit to make them more playable, but they still last a long time)
