KC3: Claw Oasis 1.3

* Slightly moved walls on various holes (for purely aesthetic reasons.)
* Fixed so the first flag on hole 10 is centered.
* Added bounds under the elevator on hole 17. Hopefully that will reset players and keep them from getting stuck there.
