gameplay changes

- Jab 2nd and 3rd swing now has forward momentum
- Side Tilt knockback reduced, making hitpause lower
- Up Air multihit hitbox size increased, grab locator moved - in hopes that this changes something about the multihit
- Up Tilt 1st hit angles adjusted to be a bit more forward (80 -> 70, -20 -> -30), in HOPES that this changes anything about the multihit
- Side Strong now has grab measures to like keep opponents in range to actually hit them as a multihit
- cant you tell that from my experience making characters in other plat fighter that i have nightmares about multihits

- GRAB CAN NOW GRAB THRU SHIELD AS IT SHOULD (Ignore Shield now ticked in hitbox)
- Backward Air active frame increased by like 1
- Backward Air hitbox is also a little taller
- Down Air hitbox is now taller
- Down Tilt hitbox is slightly wider, more of the body getting covered by hitbox
- Down Tilt can now be "jump-cancelled" on hit!! (press jump after hitting it to immediately enter jump state) this may be a mistake, we'll see

- Side Strong endlag increased by like idk 8 frames?
- Side Tilt damage decreased by 1 (7 -> 6)
- Down Tilt damage decreased by 1 to accomedate for Jump Cancel buff (7 -> 6)
- grab pummel can now only be done 5 times consecutively (10 -> 5)
- amount of time grab can be held now decreases while you hold grab. you recover this while youre not grabbing anything
- Forward Throw damage decreased by like 3 (9 -> 6). also fixed an issue where it was actually applying an extra damage for some reason with Launch Grabbed Players, so that's like (18 -> 5). (with full pummel 29 -> 11?) thanks to Q for pointing out this ridiculous damage, couldnt have noticed this without it

- nothing i can do about Side Special. like straight up. sorry. its either this, smack adding functions needed for gimmicks like this to work proper, or change this special altogether. i hope you understand... can i at LEAST disable environment collision PLEASE??

- gravity is higher / heavier.
- various moves had knockbacks adjusted.
- various moves had startup and/or endlag shortened.
- specials' values are adjusted, should be a bit better now.
- grab pummel can now hit up to 10 times instead of only 3.

- BAIR and FSTRONG had animation adjusted.

- septet can now walljump.
- FSPECIAL teleport can be cancelled by shielding.
- fixed the issue where her Ultra could not KO opponents.

- victory and match intro has been added.
