-Removed the fishing perk loop due to bugs. (Might be back later if it can get fixed)
-Fixed issue with the refuel step of the Easter Egg.
-Reduced the cooldown on the "Help the Team" trigger by two rounds.
-Gave slightly more time between button presses for the Reactor Crisis.

NOTE: Both types of crisis' can be done in solo. However the use of external mods with the map (depending on how drastic they change things) can result in the crisis scripts bugging out.
