- Add a context menu option on the Models Cases to take out the BB Models and place them on the pitch with a single click (only work on Vergond's BB2020 table)

- Fix rotation issue for Special State Marker
- Fix Giant Crab Bone Head marker rotation

- Change models to v4.6
- Use hotkey "F" to Activate/Deactivate a model
- While activated, the model skill ring become transparent now
- Hotkey "8" is now map to show the Pass Chart
- Hotkey "9" is now map to toggle the Skill Icons
- Don't show the Skill Icons Divider if there is nothing shown over it
