Introduced capstones to the hero versions of Isabella and Vladdy Daddy.
Made minor changes to all of vlad/isabella's capstones as a result.

Reworked all Kislevite LLLL skills into proper capstones. Added additional levels to a small number of LL unique skills.

Note to self:
Katarin's army niche overlaps with Kostaltyn's. Reworking this may be wise.
