Made it so the weapon is more common

Added some debugging stuff - requires newer version of Rf80SupportFunctions

Minor Buff to accuracy

Fixed a bug that prevented fighters from generating (and possibly some issues I have not noticed)

May be able to actually replace vanilla turrets now, so the "standard cannon" may replace actually replace the cannon in future updates!

Requires new version of Rf80SupportFunctions! (1.1)
