Prevented convoy from following an unconscious leader.

Added option to keep the lead vehicle's road forcing unchanged. In this way, the forceFollowRoad command can be employed at any desired waypoint.

Added option to choose the speed mode of the convoy. Before this change it was fixed to "limited".
