FOB/FSBs have 100% more supply capacity. for extreme versions: +1 availbility for FOB/FSB & +100% more supply capacity. for overkill: +1 availbility for FOB/FSB & +400% more supply capacity. for overkill 8x: +1 availbility for FOB/FSB & +800% more supply capacity. other mobile supplyunits get +100% more supply capacity in all mod versions

airborne divisions got a rework, more helicopter transportoptions again. after the big updates, with the release and that more drastical changes wont happen too soon again from eugen, i decided to reenable them. there will be mor changes for helicopter and aircrafts
