more US units have access to huey as transport option, sov 76 has now access to mi-8 (but only unarmed version) as transport option, fr marsouins have access to superpuma as transport otpion. wachschützen (except recon) lost their access to transport helicopter, because they didnt had it in reality

some more availbility adjustments for AA jets, transport gazelle heli is now at 30pts like the other light transport helis, soviet spetsgruppa a has now access to helicopter transport options as well
