Added multi-teleportation rune, Lester will give it to you in CH 3. (doesn't work in RU version, I don't know why)
There is an option to "put" all the regular teleportation runes into the multi one - less inventory clutter.

- new learning cost calculations, now the logic is always as if increasing weapon proficiency by 1 LP. It makes it impossible to overtrain the "other" stat by increasing by 5 points. For example having 89 and 59 1H and 2H respectively and increasing 1H by 5 points will cost 6 LP and will train 2H to 60 and 1H to 94. Previously it would increase both by 5 points and would cost 10LP
