-Added new Armor type. a Celestial armor.

almost all weapon from this mod will use this new armor type. this mean by default no pawn should have armor against it
to balance this. all pawn will now spawn with
30% base celestial armor for humanlike
10% base celestial armor for mechanoid
5% base celestial armor for animal
add option to let equipment and apparel to spawn with celestial steel as stuffable material
