Army Traditions

- Learning from the enemy (late roman army tradition) makes roman infantry much more skilled, moderate cavalry buffs, but at a moderate increase in upkeep

- Army skills take longer to obtain, exponentially as levels go up

Skills

- Generals will take longer to level up as they get higher in levels, will receive more skill points at the start

Loyalty and Imperium:

- Imperium impacts loyalty even more

Agents: Spies

- Spies can act on armies from the start
- Spies gain XP passively, so even bankrupt players can have their agents level up, albeit slowly

Update: 28 May, 2022 @ 5:35am

Building Effects

- Alexandria, Syracuse, Antiochia, Carthage have been buffed in terms of income, commerce, and naval production: holding them will be even more strategically important to hold the mediterranean (Rhodes, Rome, Pergamon, and other key cities will be tweaked too)

- Antiochia makes the most money, Alexandria is the most naval producing, Carthage is a mix of both, Syracuse is the lesser in all aspects, but still a mighty city in revenue

- Rome military buildings give a substantial buff to culture income, and increased state conversion

- Drill Perfection only increases recruitment time at lv2, and only by one turn
- Decorated Officers, and Vanquisher tradition increases political instability
