-Overexertion+ description now properly omits "Exhaust"
-Festivities description now says "Vulnerable" instead of "Vuln".
-Festivities upgrade corrected
-The Forest's Blessing upgrade corrected
-Wild Side+ now gives 5 Frenzy (down from 7).

--Powers and Keywords--

-Hemorrhaging keyword fixed to read "2 HP" instead of "1 HP"
-Hemorrhaging keyword description made clearer/less confusing.
-Hone Claws power fixed to no longer crash when applying an attack that targets multiple enemies.
-Hone Claws now displays similarly to that of Panache, to make tracking easier.
-Provoked fixed to no longer proc when applying debuffs to enemies, as well as from Strength down/Shackled from the Fear debuff.
